Control of possible delinquency, initiation and follow-up of legal proceedings against neighbors in arrears.

Closing of the accounting period, presentation of the year’s results and preparation of the annual budget estimate.

Preparation of all the necessary documentation for the convocation of ordinary and extraordinary meetings.
